eTail 2008 and Eve
I recently spoke at eTail east 2008 about the new consumer in a web 2.0 world, offering my opinion on Eve and The Apple - what went wrong with that transaction. The eTail conferences always have a myriad of great presenters and panels to learn from and it’s also the perfect opportunity to meet with like-minded retailers and share ideas.
Finally, thanks to my friend Jay Shaffer for his response to my presentation . If he enjoyed my banana peel example, wait for my next appearance at Shop.org in September, where I will share my ‘A-Ha moments’ and how to make 3 changes to better your online results for the holidays.

Thanks for putting together a great presentation at e-Tail. I really enjoyed it and it helped lift the mood in a pretty groggy Day-2 crowd. I also appreciated your insights in the panel discussion on holiday lessons-learned. Sorry I will miss your presentation at Shop.org. Safe travels.
